Mindfulness, Compassion and the Wisdom of Emptiness

Mindfulness, Compassion, and the Wisdom of Emptiness
a day-long retreat.

Wisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything. And between the two my life flows.”
Sri Nisargardatta

True compassion arises from boundlessness and boundlessness is embodied as true compassion.  In this day of practice as we come to stillness through mindfulness, clear and radiant, the truth of NisaRgardatta’s observation will come into focus.   This day will present some of the Buddha’s teachings on compassion and emptiness and through stillness and relational practice we will tap into the potential which is present in all of us.
